I arrived at the hotel late at night with my family and had a very comfortable and spacious room on the fifth floor. The location is convenient, but there was a noticeable smell of sewer in the room. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly and courteous, especially Vijayan who promptly fixed a faulty fan switch. The hotel's location is central and perfect for exploring Kochi, although there were some issues with water availability. The dining experience was average with mainly Indian food items. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
